Shipping policy

At Pond Pro Direct, we strive to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below, we detail our delivery options, timeframes, and conditions.

Shipping Information:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on product type, brand, and fulfillment method. Products ship directly from manufacturers or authorized distribution partners and do not ship from a single centralized warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Small-parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • LTL freight carriers for large or oversized items

Shipping Timelines

All shipping timelines are estimates only. Handling typically takes 1–5 business days, with freight transit averaging 5–8 business days.

Shipping rates are:

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 that are delivered via parcel to the USA. A flat rate of $199 is added to every freight order. 

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@pondprodirect.com.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at support@pondprodirect.com and we will be happy to help you.

Taxes

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
