To size your liner for a different depth: add twice the desired depth to each pond dimension. For a 24”-deep pond: pond dimension + 4 ft = liner dimension. For additional bank overlap, add another 1–2 ft per side.
Is the BPL2020 EPDM liner safe for fish and plants?

How do I seam or repair this EasyPro EPDM pond liner?
Seaming and repairing DuraLiner™ EPDM uses double-sided EPDM seam tape and EPDM primer. The vulcanized rubber surface bonds strongly to EPDM-compatible adhesives, creating a molecular bond as strong as the base material. Clean and dry surfaces are required for proper adhesion — allow 10–15 minutes of drying time after applying primer before applying seam tape.
For seaming a stream liner to the pond liner, overlap both pieces by at least 3 inches and apply seam tape to the full overlap zone. Ask about compatible EasyPro seaming products when ordering.
Is the BPL2020 liner shipped in a box or on a pallet?
The BPL2020 is a “Boxed” liner — factory-folded and packaged for retail-ready shipping and handling. At approximately 133–140 lbs, two people are recommended to move and position the liner. Plan site access accordingly if your pond location requires carrying the box some distance.
Fold creases in the liner will fully relax once it is laid out flat in sunlight for 30–60 minutes before installation. Fill the pond with water to accelerate this process and help the liner conform to the excavation contours.
