An 82-inch wide waterfall cascading into a 30-foot stream is a large-scale water feature. Most residential properties don’t need a display at this scale — but for estates, commercial campuses, HOAs, entrance features, and landscapers building signature installations, the EasyPro JAF4 delivers it as a complete, ship-ready kit.

The JAF4 is a pondless waterfall system. There is no open pond. Water recirculates from an underground reservoir through the JAFV pump vault to the 82-inch wide spillway (assembled from one EWLR3 center diffuser and four EWE16 extensions), down the 30-foot stream, and back into the reservoir. The EasyPro TM13500 pump handles 13,500 GPH at maximum flow through a 3-inch outlet, providing the volume required to produce a full, sheet-like waterfall across the full 82-inch spillway width.

Important: The JAF4 standard kit does not include Res-Cubes. The reservoir is excavated as a 10’ x 12’ x 36” hole filled with rock and gravel. If you prefer a smaller reservoir footprint using Res-Cubes (reducing the excavation to approximately 8’ x 9’ x 36”), the JAF4HSC kit includes the Res-Cubes. Why Choose the Extra Large “Just-A-Falls” Kit?

• 82 inches of waterfall. The 82-inch spillway is assembled from one EWLR3 center diffuser (34 inches) and four EWE16 extensions (12 inches each) for a combined 82-inch wide sheet of water. At this width, the waterfall creates a broad curtain that is visible and audible across a large property. This is the largest standard Just-A-Falls configuration EasyPro offers.
• 30 feet of stream. A 30-foot stream run allows for serious landscape design: boulders, aquatic plantings, grade changes, curves, and pools within the stream. The 20’ x 50’ liner provides the flexibility to shape that stream extensively while maintaining proper edge overlap.
• 13,500 GPH from the TM13500. The TM13500 is a high-volume, low-head stainless steel pump. 13,500 GPH maximum flow through a 3-inch outlet, 1.5 HP, 115V, oil-free, Japanese double mechanical seals, thermal overload protection. It is matched specifically to the 82-inch spillway’s flow requirement for a full, even sheet across the entire width.
• No pond. No pond also means no algae management, no fish feeding, no open water liability. The recirculating reservoir is completely underground and hidden by stone. This is the primary reason commercial properties, HOAs, and families with small children choose pondless systems.
• 96% void space (with Res-Cubes). The JAF4 standard kit uses rock fill for the reservoir. The JAF4HSC upgrade includes Res-Cubes, which provide 96% void space versus approximately 30% for rock — allowing a significantly smaller reservoir footprint (8’ x 9’ vs. 10’ x 12’) while holding the same water volume. What’s Included

20’ x 50’ 45-mil EPDM Liner (DuraLiner™)

The 20’ x 50’ liner covers the full stream run, waterfall head, and reservoir. 45-mil EPDM provides excellent puncture resistance, flexibility across temperature extremes (-40°F to 175°F), and decades of service life. This is not the same as the stream dimensions — the extra liner area allows proper edge overlap, waterfall head coverage, and the flexibility to add curves and width variation to the stream.

Geotextile Underlayment

Non-woven geotextile fabric cushions the liner against sharp rocks, roots, and abrasive soil. Installed across the full liner footprint before liner placement.

82” Spillway Assembly: 1x EWLR3 + 4x EWE16

The 82-inch spillway is assembled on site from five components: one EWLR3 center diffuser (34 inches wide) flanked by four EWE16 extension units (12 inches each). The EWLR3’s internal baffles produce a smooth, even sheet of water across the full 82-inch width, preventing channeling. Because the assembled unit exceeds 50 inches, it ships unassembled and must be assembled at the waterfall head during installation — detailed instructions are included.

EasyPro TM13500 TM-Series High Volume Submersible Pump

13,500 GPH maximum flow. 1.5 HP, 115V, 12 amps. 3-inch outlet. 30-foot power cord. Stainless steel, oil-free, Japanese double mechanical seals, thermal overload protection. The TM13500 is a high-volume low-head pump — it delivers maximum flow when the waterfall height is modest and the pipe run is short, which is the optimal operating zone for a pondless waterfall. 2-year warranty.

JAFV Eco-Series Large Pump Vault

The JAFV houses and protects the TM13500 pump underground beneath the reservoir. Dimensions: 24”L x 24”W x 32”H. Designed for pumps up to 18,000 GPH. The installation requires a 36-inch-deep excavation for the vault, providing 1–2 inches of stone above the vault cover for concealment. Side openings allow water to flow freely from the reservoir rock fill into the vault and pump. 5-year warranty. Made in USA.

3” x 50’ Flexible PVC Pipe + Check Valve Assembly

3-inch flexible PVC runs from the TM13500 pump outlet inside the JAFV vault to the EWLR3 spillway bulkhead at the waterfall head. 50 feet accommodates most 30-foot stream layouts with slack for routing. The check valve prevents backflow through the pump line when the system is off, protecting the spillway from drain-back and ensuring clean waterfall startup.

WIK Installation Kit

PVC primer, PVC glue, liner patch, black foam waterfall sealant, and two tubes of silicone. The black foam is applied between rocks at the spillway head and stream edges to seal water flow over the spillway face. Cures black to blend with dark rock and liner.
