Description
The EasyPro LED2K is a complete 3-piece lighting kit consisting of three mini rock-shaped LED lights — each smaller than a golf ball — plus a 10-watt MT10 transformer. The faux rock shell lets each fixture blend invisibly into pond gravel, waterfall rock beds, and landscape plantings while producing a warm white glow from 16 LED diodes packed into a 1.5” diameter housing.
Each light draws just 1.25 watts, runs from a 15-foot cord with quick-connect plug, and is permanently sealed with an epoxy-filled housing for continuous submersion or landscape use. The 80,000-hour rated LED life means these lights are designed to outlast many seasons without replacement. Not intended for use in pools, spas, or chlorinated/saltwater environments.

Are the lights in the EasyPro LED2K kit fully submersible?
Yes. Each LED2W fixture is permanently sealed with epoxy fill — the housing has no access points, no gaskets, and no seams that could allow water intrusion. This construction makes the lights suitable for continuous submersion in freshwater ponds, waterfall basins, and fountain features.
Important: The LED2K lights are designed for freshwater use only. Do not use in swimming pools, spas, hot tubs, or any application involving chlorinated or saltwater.
What is included in the complete LED2K 3-Pack kit?

Can these LEDs be used out of the water for landscape lighting?
Yes. The epoxy-sealed rock housing runs cool and does not require water immersion for heat dissipation. Position the lights in soil, mulch, or gravel beds to uplight plants, boulders, garden sculptures, or architectural features surrounding the pond. The rock-shaped shell blends naturally into landscape materials whether submerged or dry.
How much power does each LED2W fixture draw?
Each LED2W fixture draws 1.25 watts. The complete 3-light kit draws approximately 3.75 watts total — well within the 10-watt capacity of the included MT10 transformer. This leaves headroom for adding a small number of additional LED2W lights if you later want to expand (provided total wattage stays within the MT10’s 10-watt rating). For larger installations, EasyPro’s MT20 or EPT45 transformers support more fixtures.
What is the color of the LED2K lights and how long do they last?
The LED2K lights produce a warm white output from 16 LED diodes per fixture. The rated lifespan is 80,000 hours — approximately double the 40,000-hour rating of typical pond spotlights. At 8 hours of use per night, that’s over 27 years of continuous nightly use before the LEDs reach the end of their rated service life.
Can I add more lights to the included 10W transformer?
Yes, within the transformer’s capacity. The three included LED2W fixtures draw approximately 3.75 watts total, leaving about 6.25 watts of unused capacity in the MT10. You can add additional LED2W individual fixtures (sold separately) using a splitter, as long as the total connected wattage stays at or below 10 watts (roughly 5–6 additional LED2W lights maximum).
For installations with more than 8 lights, EasyPro’s MT20 (20-watt) or EPT45 (45-watt) transformers provide greater capacity.
